Responsible Play
LuckAndSpin is designed to be a fun, social and entertaining experience. We are committed to responsible play and to helping our players keep it that way. This page explains how our games work, how to keep your play healthy, and where to find support if play ever stops being fun — for you or someone you care about.
Entertainment, not income
Our games are for entertainment only. Virtual currency, coins and items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Playing our games is not a way to make money or to solve financial problems. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator, and success in a social casino game does not reflect the odds of any real-money gambling product. Please only ever spend money on virtual items that you can comfortably afford, and treat any spend the same way you would treat spending on a movie or a video game — as the cost of entertainment.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use LuckAndSpin. We take steps to prevent access by minors, and we ask parents and guardians to help by keeping devices and account credentials secure and by using the parental controls described below.
Tips for healthy play
- Set yourself limits on the time and money you spend, and stick to them.
- Take regular breaks — step away from the screen and do something else.
- Play for fun and social enjoyment, not to escape stress, boredom or difficult feelings.
- Don’t try to “win back” coins by spending more — the outcome is always random.
- Balance playing with other activities, hobbies and relationships.
- Never spend money you cannot comfortably afford on virtual items.
Recognising the warning signs
Play may be becoming a problem if you notice that you are: spending more time or money than you intended; playing to escape worries or low mood; losing interest in other activities, work or relationships; feeling restless or irritable when you are not playing; hiding how much you play; or spending money on the game that you would rather save. If any of these feel familiar, it may help to take a break and reach out for support.
Tools and controls we provide
We offer features to help you stay in control. You can:
- Set and adjust in-app reminders and limits on your spending.
- Take a break or cool-off period at any time.
- Turn off promotional emails and push notifications in your account settings.
- Ask us to suspend or permanently close your account (self-exclusion) by emailing support@luckandspin.com — we will action your request and, where you ask us to, stop sending you marketing.
Protecting minors
Keeping under-18s away from social casino games is a shared responsibility. If children have access to your device, we recommend that you: keep your login credentials private; password-protect purchases in your app store or device settings; and use parental-control or content-filtering software. Widely used options include Google Family Link, Apple Screen Time, Qustodio and Net Nanny. These tools can restrict access to gambling-themed apps and websites and help keep young people safe online.
